The Great American Seafood Cook-Off (GASCO) is an annual event that pits the nation's best chefs against recognized culinary greats from around the United States. Produced by the Louisiana Seafood Promotion & Marketing Board for the last 12 years, GASCO has chefs creating unique dishes using domestic seafood. The competiton takes place in conjunction with the LA Restaurant Association's annual Expo. Join us to get some tips on cooking with fresh, sustainable seafood from across the U.S.
